Tim Tapang in Lazi Siquijor SBC Seminar

Dear Pastor Ted and all SBC Staff,

 

Greetings to you all in the most precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

 

Thank you all so very much for covering me in all your prayers. SBC seminar in Lazi, Siquijor was so heartwarming and very satisfying. It was held at Fundamental Baptist Church by Pastor Momo but the one who coordinated it all was Pastor Ruben Ponce. I left for San Carlos City September 18, 2015.We had a lunch and then conducted the SBC Seminar for the whole day on September 19 2015. I left the vehicle in Dumaguete City then took a ferry to Siquijor. Upon reaching the pier #8 in the evening. I took a tricycle to San Juan town where Pastor Ruben Ponce lives. I spent the night at his church and early morning the following day, I took another tricycle to the venue while Pastor Ruben used his motorcycle.

 

We traveled around 30 kilometers and it was raining heavy. Out of the 60 people invited only 35 came coming from 17 different evangelical churches. In spite of our low attendance, the outcome were so amazing. The Pastors were so encouraged and revived. They are inviting me again, God willing by December. Out of their gratitude, the chairman of the Ministerial Fellowship suggested that they will collect offerings. They were able to collect P500 pesos and they joyfully shared it to me.

 

Please uphold in prayer those who attended. The entire island of Siquijor is known for sorcery. Please pray the God will move throughout the island and people will come to Jesus.
