RUZIBA GETHSEMANE CTR BURUNDI CONGO

Ephesians 6:12:

Our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

The participants (Pastors and Church Leaders) who attended our last SBC Pastor’s conference were so happy and enjoyed much of the SBC teachings from which they came to know and understand that you can protect your mind from spiritual warfare when you:

1. recognize the enemy's goals.

2. understand that the battle will come in personal attacks.

3. know that you have protection from God with “spiritual armor.”

4. remember you have a weapon, the sword of the spirit, the Word of God.

The three days of the SBC Pastor’s Conference held on September 18-20, 2024 at Ruziba Gethsemane Center gathered 129 participants, all from the Evangelical Church of Central Africa (ECCA) from Burundi and Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)

The participants who attended the above-mentioned Pastor’s Conference were 129 pastors and church leaders all from 110 local churches. During the three days of the SBC Pastor’s Conference, we had 4 trainers ( Prosper Ndabishuriye (myself), Rev. Nyandwi Melchior, Pastor Gervais Bariyandagaza and Pastor Joseph Ndikumana).

During the three-day Pastor’s conference, the 129 participants were provided with books, food, and housing. As witnessed by the participants themselves, each enjoyed the SBC teachings and promised to transmit the same teachings from the SBC Book to their respective church members.

Our SBC Burundi Team is grateful to God and Grace Community Church for continuing to give us the opportunity and means to serve the church in Burundi and equip God’s servants for the accomplishment of our Lord Jesus Christ's Great Commission. Pastors and church leaders who attend our SBC Pastor’s Conference are equipped and transformed.

The church in Burundi continues to require for SBC Pastor’s conference to be organized and held in different churches to equip more pastors and church leaders.
