SBC CONF GIHANGA VILLAGE ECCA  

APRIL 20TH TO 23RD THRU 29TH TO 30TH  

 

SPECIAL SBC TRAINING FOR TRAINERS AND SBC PASTOR’S CONFERENCE FOR ECCA PASTORS AND CHURCH LEADERS HELD ON APRIL  20-23 AND APRIL 29-30, 2021. 

  1. SPECIAL SBC TRAINING FOR TRAINERS:

To establish a second SBC team in Burundi, a four (4) days special SBC workshop for trainers was held in Bujumbura on April 20-24, 2021, in which 14 trainees attended the workshop.   

After the above-mentioned training, three pastors were selected from those who attended the training for trainers to be part of the second SBC team in Burundi. Those pastors are Melchior Nyandwi, Gervais Bariyandagaza and Joseph Ngendakumana. This team will be based in Gitega Political Capital City, located in the center of Burundi. 

 

  1. SBC PASTOR’S CONFERENCE FORECCA PASTORS AND CHURCH LEADERS 

A two-day SBC Pastor’s Conference for ECCA Pastors and church leaders was held at Gihanga Village at Evangelical Church of Central Africa (ECCA).  Among the 41 participants, there were two (2) Pastors and thirty-nine (39) church leaders and leaders of different groups all from 10 local churches of the same denomination who attended the two days SBC Pastor’s Conference held on April 29-30, 2021. 

The 41 pastors and church leaders who attended this two days Pastor’s Conference were very thankful to those who have come to teach them about the 4 battle strategies. As we saw, learning and knowing about the 4 battle strategies was very new to them. In their sharing about the teachings offered to them, they confirmed that they can now say that they are well equipped to fight and overcome. 

As it has been reported in our previous different reports, teaching about the 4 battle strategies is making a difference in the lives of pastors, church leaders, and Christians from different local churches and denominations.  Remember, wherever the SBC Pastor’s Conference takes place in Burundi, pastors and church leaders are equipped and those who hear from those who had an opportunity to attend the SBC Pastor’s Conference continue to invite our SBC team so that they can also benefit and have the opportunity to attend the SBC Pastor’s Conference. 

The church in Burundi is benefiting and continues to require for SBC training to be organized and held in different churches in Burundi. If possible, we would very much like to have 3 SBC active teams so that we can be able to serve the body of Christ in Burundi. The church in Burundi could benefit more and more in these biblical and spiritual teachings. 

Our two next SBC Pastor’s conferences will be held on May 7-8 and May 21-22, 2021.
