SBC CONF IN CAMP KIGOMA JUNE 24^TH AND 25^TH 2019

Dear Pastor Ted

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ

We praise the Lord for the SBC Conference held in the Refugee Camp in Kigoma conducted on the 24^th thru 25^th of June 2019. We were excited again to be with the refugees for this SBC Conference.

Although it is very difficult to get the permission to enter this camp, we do praise the Lord for opening the door for us and getting the permission we needed from the government.

We taught mostly all the lessons and they were very excited with all the SBC Materials. We praise the Lord also for the people who did attend the SBC Conference. They were also encouraged by the way the SBC Materials encourage them about the Great Commission. They told us that they will use the materials especially the books as one of the tools which will help them in Spread of the Gospel in the camp.

We were encouraged with the testimony of one of the Pastors who is also a refugee. He told us that for them to be a refugee it is not an excuse for then to not spread the gospel, because they have many people in their camps who do not know Jesus Christ.

So, we are very encouraged with this testimony that even with our struggles, we do have fruits in God’s Kingdom. Also, my Team in Tanzania would like to thank you and your encouragement Pastor Ted. as well as your SBC Team.

We have distributed the books and they received them with hands of great thanks.
